International Union of Economic Cooperation of Industrialists and Businessmen, official shortening "SEV" (hereinafter the Union) is the successor of the International Trade Integration Economic Union, created in 2004 on the initiative of Yevgeny Primakov, with the participation of the Commission for International relations of the presidential Council under the Mayor and Government of Moscow, representatives of the diplomatic corps, multinational companies, free economic zones and international non-governmental organizations. Its founder and subsequently Honorary President was E.M. Primakov. The Union was actively engaged in the development of international trade and economic relations. The main activity of the Union's interaction with foreign countries is in order to promote Russian business on the basis of established economic, friendly and trusting relationships with the Presidents and members of governments, leaders of big business of the countries of Central and Latin America.
